Before we ever hosted an estate sale, created a website, or printed a business card, we found ourselves in the same position many of our clients face today—standing in a home filled with a lifetime of belongings and wondering where to begin.
Like many families, we experienced firsthand the overwhelming process of sorting through a loved one's possessions. What should have been a time to reflect, remember, and honor a life often felt rushed, confusing, and impersonal. We quickly realized that while there were companies available to help, there had to be a better way.

That experience became the foundation of Kinfolk Estate Sales.
We are a family-owned and operated estate sale company based in Central Florida. As parents of two young children, we understand the importance of family, legacy, and preserving what matters most. The name "Kinfolk" was chosen intentionally because we believe estate sales are about more than furniture, collectibles, and household goods—they are about people, memories, and the generations connected to them.
Kinfolk Estate Sales was built from the ground up with one goal: to provide families with the kind of service we wish we had experienced ourselves.
Today, we proudly serve families throughout Central Florida by managing estate sales with care, clarity, and respect. From the initial consultation to the final reconciliation, we work closely with our clients to create an organized, professional, and transparent experience.
